1. HOW TO ORDER

We have optimized our process to make procurement simple and efficient for our wholesale partners:

  • Step 2 – Fast Quotation: With thousands of products always available in our workshop, we will provide the Best Wholesale Prices within 2–5 hours.
  • Step 3 – Production & Updates: We are committed to on-time delivery. Throughout the process, we will send progress photos and packing details to keep you fully informed.
  • Step 4 – Final Inspection: Once complete, we send high-resolution photos of the finished goods, the Packing List, and the Commercial Invoice for your final confirmation.
  • Step 5 – Payment & Dispatch: The balance due is settled once the goods are ready for delivery, ensuring you only pay for quality-checked products.

  • Air Freight (Express Door-to-Door): The ideal solution for Samples or small, urgent orders.
  • Partners: Worldwide delivery via FedEx, DHL, TNT.
  • Lead Time: Delivered to your doorstep within only 5 – 7 business days.
  • Hassle-Free: We handle all necessary documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance.
  • Sea Freight (FCL & LCL Shipping): The most economical solution for Bulk Orders.
  • LCL (Less than Container Load): Cost-saving for orders that do not fill a whole container.
  • FCL (Full Container Load): Optimized space and cost for large orders (20ft/40ft containers).
  • Transit Time: Depends on the destination (Asia: 7-14 days; EU/US: 30-45 days).

3. PROFESSIONAL DOCUMENTATION & CUSTOMS

Our handling of your cargo includes taking care of all official export documentation required by the Vietnam authorities and any special documentation required by your destination country.

This service is included in your shipping cost. We provide a complete set of documents, including:

  • Commercial Invoices & Packing Lists: Detailed and accurate for tax purposes.
  • Certificate of Origin (C/O): Released by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce to help you enjoy tariff preferences.
  • Bill of Lading: The official title to your goods.
  • Vietnam Fumigation Certificates: Mandatory for handcrafted organic products.
  • Customs Clearances: Full support for export procedures in Vietnam.

Streamlined Delivery of Documents: Once your shipment is dispatched and the original documents are released, we immediately forward them via international courier (DHL/FedEx) to your broker, agent, or notify party. This ensures you can process local clearance at your destination while the container is still in transit.
