1. PRICING & ORDERING
Q: When can I get the price?
A: Please email us at info@coconutfriendly.com or message us on WhatsApp: +84 964 608 021 with the Products/Designs and Quantities you want to order. We usually quote within 2–5 hours (maximum 12 hours) after receiving your inquiry.
Q: How can I place a Wholesale Order?
A: Simply contact us via Email or WhatsApp with your selected product list. We will provide a formal quotation and guide you through the Proforma Invoice (PI) process. Once the deposit is confirmed, we will begin preparing your order and keep you updated throughout the process.
2. PRODUCTION & CAPACITY
Q: How long does it take for production?
A: We always have thousands of Coconut Bowls, Wooden Spoons, Wooden Forks, and Bamboo Straws available in our workshop. For in-stock items, we can ship almost immediately. For mass production or custom designs, our team of 100 artisans ensures a fast and reliable lead time.
Q: What is your supply ability?
A: We are a large-scale manufacturer in Vietnam with a monthly capacity of:
- 80,000+ Coconut Bowls (Plain, Lacquered, or Mother of Pearl inlay).
- 500,000+ Bamboo Straws.
- Thousands of other natural home decor and kitchenware accessories.
3. CUSTOMIZATION & DESIGN (OEM/ODM)
Q: Could you do the design for us?
A: Yes, we have a professional 10-person R&D team with rich experience in eco-friendly product design. You can tell us your ideas, and we will help transform them into perfect, market-ready products and packaging.
Q: Could I use my LOGO or custom design on the products?
A: Yes, customized logo engraving and bespoke designs for both sampling and mass production are available. We specialize in high-quality OEM/ODM services for global brands.
4. SAMPLES
Q: Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
A: Yes, we offer a Free Sample Program so you can personally verify our quality, texture, and durability before moving forward. Please contact us to request your samples.
Q: How long does it take for Rapid Prototyping?
A: Our dedicated R&D team can realize your sketches or concepts into physical samples within only 5–7 days.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: What are your terms of delivery?
A: We ship worldwide by both Air and Sea. You can choose the method which is the most convenient or cost-effective for you.
Q: How long does shipping take by Air?
A: Air Shipping (Door-to-Door): It will take 5–7 days to deliver to your front door via TNT, DHL, or FedEx Express Delivery.
Q: How long does Sea Shipping take?
A: Sea Shipping (Boat): Typically takes 30–45 days for Europe/Americas and 7–14 days for Asia.
Q: Do you handle the export documentation?
A: Yes, we handle all official export documentation required by Vietnam authorities (including C/O and Fumigation certificates) and special documentation for your destination country. This service is included in our shipping cost.
